I'd like to share with you the story of Bob and how he gave up what he was previously doing in hopes
of finally achieving his perfect body. I was fortunate enough to have had the pleasure to show him what
he needed to do to flatten his abs and tone his body.
Luckily, I am in a unique position having completed over 11,397 private training sessions
(not including online clients) over the last 11 years and have stacks (upon stacks) of client data
that shows me exactly what programs work the best and how small tweaks have made these workouts
even more powerful. This type of experience has led me to appear on t.v. and every other form of

time away from more effective exercises that can cut your time working out while boosting your

I quickly became known as the “go to guy” for body
transformation makeovers (even before these buzz words became
famous from reality t.v.). I have done appearances on television,
newspapers, magazines, video, as well as spoken at a variety of
seminars on personal training, nutrition, and weight control. I have
also worked as a fitness model for Reebok, Earth, and did a cover
shoot for a Boston Event’s Guide focused on getting in shape. You

I have to be honest with you. I've had the secret for how you can burn the fat, look great, and
feel amazing for a few years now. Of course, it took over 11 years and 11,397 sessions to

should work, I want that product to work wonders!
Maybe I expect too much, but I sincerely believe that people should only publish their very best
work. Unfortunately, as evident in the countless blog posts and emails I receive, most weight loss
products miss the mark.
One, I believe in honesty and two, my reputation is all I have in this business. If I release a product
and back it up with my name and it's just downright awful, then everything I've worked for over 14
years is ruined. I'll lose my writing jobs, my media status, and will never be sought out again.
I've worked too hard and too long to wash it all away now. Plus, this isn't about me. I don't work 14
hour days because I love the smell of weight. I do it because I love helping people transform
their bodies and attain the goals and dreams they never thought were possible. To me that never
gets old…
Yes, I plan on privately training clients for many years to come, but that's where I found the flaw in
my private training system.
I can only work with a handful of clients. Let's do the math. If I train 20 clients just twice a week each,
that's already 40 sessions per week. Once you factor in the hours of program design and all the
other nuances that go into genuinely trying to help your clients succeed, you can see that the
number of people I am actually able to help is limited.
I decided to start writing for a national audience. I was even approached by the biggest and best
magazine and web companies around. I thought this would solve my problem of wanting to get my
message out to people across the world. I wanted to show the world step-by-step how to lose
weight and feel and look amazing. Although this has been going great, my original articles and
posts seem to have created more questions in people's minds than answers. My reader's kept
learning new methods of weight loss and wanted to put all these pieces together, but didn't know
where to get all this information in one place.
They say necessity is the mother of all invention and I certainly had the call for it. After hundreds of
requests for program design and completely selling out of personal training session with all 4 fitness
professionals at my studio, I knew I had to reveal what was gaining us rave reviews and so much
unsolicited attention.
I couldn't let you keep following short-term weight loss diets that only destroy your metabolism in the
long run or follow any more soup can workouts. They don't work now and they won't work 5 years
from now.
Everyone who knows me knows that I like to have a checklist for everything to ensure things get

We're all busy, I guess that's just part of life. We do need to stop every once and awhile, though,
